RETURNS / EXCHANGES

You must first request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number simply email us at sales@dandbproducts.com  and request an RMA number. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. The RMA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.

Most of the non-decorated items that we sell can be returned based on defects in the material and/or workmanship.

All returns must be in their original packaging. Items to be returned must be in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned.

Please return items by a trackable method. (Ex. UPS, Fed Ex, etc.) All merchandise is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship. Any discrepancies from the packing list must be reported within 3 days. We cannot be responsible for any discrepancies after distribution. All return claims must be made within 7 days from receipt of item. For all exchanges we must receive unworn merchandise BEFORE items can be reshipped. Shipping charges will be added on any orders requiring additional shipments for exchanges.  All returns must include a copy of packaging invoice, return form, reason for return/ exchange and requested action. Worn items will not be accepted for exchange or credit. All items must be in original packaging, unopened for exchange or credit to be approved.

EMBROIDERED GARMENTS:

Due to the fragile nature of embroidery, extra care may be needed. Some stitching may become loose after numerous washings or improper care. Therefore, we cannot guarantee durability of embroidered garments. Inspect embroidered garments carefully; all return claims must be made within 7 days of receipt.

METALLIC/GLITTER SPECIALTY DESIGNS AND FABRICS:

Due to the fragile nature of metallic and glitter specialty fabrics, we do not recommend on uniforms intended for long term use. Some metallic/glitter will come off with numerous washings or improper care. Hair spray and perfume will cause discoloration of metallic fabrics.

UNIFORMS:

Garments that meet the order and style specifications are not considered a quality issue. We will not be responsible for replacing or remaking uniforms that have been outgrown. You may be ordering for growing athletes. Take this into consideration when ordering. For sanitary purposes, uniforms returned for inspection or for a defect must be clean.

NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS:

No Returns or Exchanges Will Be Accepted on Any Decorated or Personalized Items.

OTHER CONDITIONS:

We assume no liability for delivery delays due to our inability to obtain supplies, raw materials or labor. We also assume no liability over conditions which we have no control including delays of carriers, accidents, strikes, war, natural disasters or other unavoidable cause. Our prices are subject to change without notice due to unavoidable cause.

Returns for refund: must be made within 7 days of receipt of purchase.

Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 7 days of receipt of purchase.

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

To return your items:
